Very useless app they are 419 😡😡😡😡

Developers not responding

The developers of this app don’t work on the app, i mistakenly made payment to Jiji.ng via the app without sending the invoice code, but I have been chatting their customer care via the app and gmail and no response till now, I don’t understand again. I thought your organization was very reasonable, this might prove me right, I hope not.

Great place to find properties

While jiji is a great place to find properties for sale,rent, shortlet the ads are not fully enforced meaning realtors can post and have properties sold without removing them from the market hence making it hard for the buyer to know what is current or not currently available 😒

Sales are slow

You pay for a months sales n all through that month no sales pull thru. Then you get annoying calls from their sales reps telling u to boost more. Even after taking their advice, there is no change. When I say annoying calls, I mean those type of calls that come in when you are busy n so u cut the calls but that is when they re ready to call u 6times per min. Train your staff pls

Second time trying advert and it didn’t yield once again I just wasted my money 😑

I have tried repeatedly to get help with confirming my number, Jiji.ng ask me to I confirm my number a message shows that it is in use by another business, the other business is me I have several business and I paid N2500 your holding for premium services that I have not been able to use since as of yet and I purchased it last year 2023

WHATSAPP BUTTON!

Add a whatsapp button for contacting sellers and i promise you conversions will triple. I have been waiting this update to happen for over a year but clearly no one on your team is using the app.
