Active Noise Cancellation Control
With the new JLab App, you'll be able to increase the active noise canceling from off all the way to max ANC, (on your ANC compatible earbuds) while in the earbuds themselves you can only select on or off.
Be Aware Audio
Bring the outside in. Use the JLab App to increase or decrease the amount of outside noise you let in by adjusting your Be Aware settings. (For Be Aware Compatible earbuds only)
EQ Customization
Fine tune your sound by adjusting the equalizer settings. JLab products come set with three default settings - called Custom EQ3 Sound, which features JLab Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost and a 4th option 'Custom'. Use the JLab App to test and set your own equalizer settings by adjusting Bass (200, 280, 400 Hz levels), Mid-Range (550, 770, 1000, 2000 Hz levels) and Treble (4000, 8000, 16000 Hz levels).
Custom Controls
JLab products come with controls in each earbud that control anything from volume, track changes, play/pause and more. If you'd like to switch the settings, you can customize your controls further via the app.
Safe Hearing
All future JLab models will now support Safe Hearing. Switch between the default output, 95 dB, or 85 dB for a safe listening experience.

Works well, but needs updating
App works very well and I’m able to customise the touch settings and Be Aware audio etc… However the EQ section does not work at all. Constantly asks for music to be playing to customise the EQ. I’ve played music through Spotify and Apple Music, and still doesn’t work. So this really needs fixing. Would be 5 stars and other than this issue everything else works great.
JLab Go Air Pop Support
The app still does not support the model. I highly do not recommend this app.

Works well between devices.
I can't speak for the other people who've had problems, but I am currently using the App without problems. I had the JLAB Epic Air Sport ANC buds which are connected to both my iPad and iPhone without any problems. Once they were connected, I used this app to customise the earphone settings giving me the best results. My only real complaints with the App is that it treats my iPad as if it is a iPhone, with an elongated vertical window and secondly when performing a firmware update using an iPhone SE 3rd gen, the screen locks up as it updates, preventing me from seeing any details regarding the condition of the update. This might be a problem with the size of the iPhone SE screen, but it might be better if they the Devs tested it first or provided a user dialog box showing the current firmware update status. Other than that, I am very happy with the software and the Airbuds which have so far performed perfectly for me.
Worst ever app
Headphones don’t appear hence what is the point of it? One star is too much, should be zero
Absolutely awful!
The earbuds are comfortable, however. I’m unable to connect to the app! This is so frustrating as the base is awful and unable to listen to music. I have tried reaching out but haven’t had any support what so ever…Absolutely gutted
Absolutely useless
The manual in myJLab GO Air Pop headphones box said to download this app, so that I could configure the equaliser modes. Well…. It doesn’t show my model of speakers. It won’t connect to anything even though the headphones work - there is no way of adjusting the sound. The volume isn’t particularly loud either (I work outside so want more volume to be louder than passing traffic) Doesn’t seem to be any way of overcoming se issues. Pretty disappointed 👎
