Won’t connect
Waste of time, deleting it as it doesn’t work with JIB 2 so is pretty useless. Earbuds work great, so it’s disappointing that the app doesn’t too.
App works just need to follow instructions
Read the ‘having trouble, section on the card inside box. The buds need reset before you pair them to phone first then pair to the app Gave 3 stars as this could be sorted by updating the app and a firmware update!!
App Deleted
Won’t pair Dimes with the SC app, they pair fine with the device, just can’t do anything with the sound on them (which is poor at best)…
Useless app
Despite all the negative reviews I thought I’d try this app thinking they could have been user error. Sadly not. My earbuds did connect, but the firmware update failed which resulted in my earbuds disconnecting. I tried several times to no avail. My Skullcandy earbuds work perfectly fine with the iPhone Bluetooth. However, it would have been nice to have some EQ control.
I can’t connect my cassette to the app
Why can’t I connect my cassette to the app please can you make them work

Grind won’t connect to the app therefore unable to use full functionality. Dog toffee.
Awful
App is so mid, doesn’t even let me connect my headphones. They don’t seem to even display them, which is questionable.
Compatibility of model not clear
Doesn’t work with Venue ANC. Appreciate now reading that they aren’t in the list above but that was a waste of 30mins trying to connect them. Confusingly they show up in the app with a plus button — the app should recognise headphones branded “Venue”, “Crusher” (original etc) are its own and not compatible and prompt the user rather than mucking about. Waste of time.
Not the best
Little problems like saying “ Hey skull candy “before each command sounds like your conjuring some dark forces and quite off putting when customers are around you. When pausing play it starts again after about 15 secs. Then is unresponsive and then just won’t pause and then if you use the buttons it tends to play downloaded shows / music from start again and not from where you paused 😠🫣 Sometimes buttons are unresponsive. Spotify will auto play without request after bbc sounds is paused after to long 🤷♂️🙄 Reckon it could be resolved easily as promises much when it works 🙏🏻
