You cannot add to your cart from Wishlist from than once The Order status doesn’t update There is no way to know if the Power has been added to my glasses And funny thing is when I say these to the customer support I am told there is no technical fault - install the app again 🤣 like we are all idiots here !!

I have been trying to login to this app for past 2 hrs but not receiving OTP

The app asks me to login to do anything, from creating a wishlist to looking at past order. Problem is, it won't let me login as it just doesn't send me any OTP despite generating the same. What is the use of this app then? Just a browsing tool?

I tried logging in on my number but cannot. It doesn’t send OTP number .

Why you sell JJ separately in a different app if you cant maintain it. Nothing seams to work in this app. After your latest update the app is now completely unusable. Your monitoring systems should have detected it by now. If it could not its a big shame and let me tell you by industrial standards we consider this as a Major Incident when the app is completely unusable causing 100% business loss. Or maybe your doing enough business thru your main app, that you dont care any more for the JJ app.

App is not working smoothly.Even After updating a pop up message shows up for asking you to update the app even if you have updated it and thus preventing you to scroll through the app!

The lens that are of wrong prescription. It had issues with colour coating. I visited an ophthalmologist and had to buy new lens again. John Jacobs pride on their amazing lens and I bought their top of the line lens. This is very disappointing and expensive.
