I had downloaded the app in the morning and I have already received 10-12 calls from people willing to help me - but all they do is put random selection in wish list. You should rather make your app interactive. Uninstalled this app and going to my local optician.
They are the worst when it comes to refund so better avoid.
They do not do exchange and their customer support number never pick up the cal. Disgusting product snd service
Please not purchase anything from this app pathetic quality and pathetic service. For every thing you need to contact customer agent. You cannot do anything to the app directly. No exchange or return directly. Return has been pending since two weeks. They haven’t come. made in exchange for a separate order and their shipped the same piece back again instead of the exchanged item Useless app useless support

After downloading the app to have a quick browse through their selection. I’ve been getting constant calls (twice a day) from them asking if have made any purchases. This has been a very bad experience for me
One of the worst app i ever came across. Payment was declined 7 times for 2 days straight, then got my payment completed through one of their customer service agents on 26 April and i waited for glasses to be delivered till 6 may and still there was no communication from John Jacobs app or courier service. When i tried contacting them, first i was told that my glasses will be delivered within 2-3 days, so i waited for 3 more days, still got nothing. Finally, i contacted them on 9 may and i was informed that my order has been returned to John Jacobs. This is the kind of service John Jacobs offers even when you pre-pay for your order.
No other brand in India can offer this. Stylish yet affordable!
Overall the experience is very poor. App is crashing when I try to check my order. Even after the receiving the order, it’s status is not updated in the app. So I’m not able to return / exchange the item. I’ve tried calling customer support but they always suggests to wait for the order status to get updated. Unhappy with the service & product.
If there is a return /exchange option after received an order , all the customer it must be beneficial.
