worst mistake by ordering
i ordered a flower, too much expensive and it was delivered damaged
Worst customer service
The flowers were delivered almost midnight. I try to cancel because they are too late, they refused and didn’t even bother to apologize. The app is the worst for customer ease. Just avoid them and use other flowers app which are better than them.
THE WORST
Dont bother to buy anything from them and specially cakes, when i order a specific cake 24 hrs a head of time and then i get a call that this cake is “ out of stock” today at the time of the delivery isn’t acceptable and shows how poor the management and the logistics. Thank you for ruining my moms birthday

Bad experience with this app. I purchased iTunes code and I didn’t get the code and my money. I don’t recommend this app at all. And I have WhatsApp communication to prove that
Not really good experience
I ordered flowers and cookie to be sent to our manager and it was mentioned it will he delivered at 1pm, well they didn’t deliver it till 4pm. I wasn’t happy with this service at all. Would I use them again? I am not sure.

I wasn’t sure about this app all the way from the beginning till the delivery. But I’m amazed & glad that I choose this platform to send goodies to my dad for his birthday (Riyadh). The quality was top notch. Thank you Joy gifts. I highly recommend it to all.
