اذا حطو خصم يرفعون اسعار العطور وبعد الخصم يصير سعرها نفس قبل ، وايضا كذابين الكاش باك تستخدم كحد اقصى 5٪ على كل طلب ، انتبهوا منهم
Global OTP Text United States does not work
New Update: Global OTP Number verification does not work with text or WhatsApp the format is wrong in the U.S. numbers are presented as +1 country code then xxx-xxx-xxxx numbers in this format 3-3-4 because it is setup in wrong format no numbers can be verified. I can't even use website or app at this time there is no way to bypass this. Arabian Oud is Missing USA/Global I will update my review accordingly however the app doesn’t allow you to change to USA or global site settings like on the website meaning currency is in SAR for Saudi currency not USD and that app and website in general don’t allow split payments/pay in installments for global side but do in Saudi Kuwait and Emirates with Tamara and Tabby pay but not Affirm (Quadpay)/Zip Sezzle or Afterpay for USA customers Update Review: I see currently on global site for USA and the other countries Arabian Oud products are empty I only buy few Houses like Arabian Oud for Tartiel Wasem Fareed Hind Al Oud and ibrahim alqurashi

طلبت كم مره وانتظر كم يوم اخل بعدها تتبع الطلب القاهم كاتبين تم ارجاع الطلب ومن غير توضيح السبب
برنامج سيء
اشوف انه من اكذب البرامج يرسلون لك كودات عشان تحمل البرنامج تيجي تطلب يقولك الكود غلط ولا كاتبين لك بخط صغير جدا مبلغ معين عشان تستخدم الكود او يعطونك كود وعيني عينك الكود يعطيك مو فعال ما ادري وش العبره بالموضوع وكل شي عندهم يغرونك فيه بخط كبير وتحت خط صغيير مره مره مكتوبه الشروط
الشحن في سلطنة عمان غالي للغاية
الشحن في سلطنة عمان جداً غالي، ١٠ ريال عماني يعني ١٠٠ ريال سعودي للشحن، غير معقول! ولا توجد كوبونات خصم لسلطنة عمان، جميع الكوبونات اللي نستخدمها يقول غير متوفرة في بلادك. نتمنى يتم وضع كوبونات خاصة بسلطنة عمان، وتقليل سعر الشحن.

- Worst customer service. - One payment method only (Which doesn’t work). I don’t suggest using their app or ordering from their website. أسوأ خدمة عملاء. طريقة دفع واحدة فقط (وهي لا تعمل). لا أوصي باستخدام تطبيقهم أو الطلب من موقعهم على الويب.
