Can’t open the app on IPad with IOS 12.5.7

The app shuts down

Disappointing

Sounds cut out and freezes frequently. Really disappointing

Terrible

Terrible support. Cant login to have purchase on different devices. No one gets back to you after emails. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

Useless

Such a rip off , it used to work but now it keeps crashing.

Reduced content taking advantage of COVID!!!

I have had this app for 4 years and there was some sort of update a couple of weeks ago a questionnaire that promised the app would be better but the content has significantly reduced since and they now want €10.99 for the pro version when I had paid years ago for extra content etc! I previously had access to all sounds, songs, tricky words etc...now it’s all disappeared. Total scam, preying on parents especially in midst of school closures and children struggling to catch up on all of the missed months later year!

Wrong words for y/ie/ sounds

Dear developers there are wrong words for y/ie/ sound. There should be words like my, by, sky, fly etc. instead of words of y/ee / sound like mummy, sunny, funny

What a rip off...

I paid €10.49 for this app. And when I’m downloading it on mac it was only €5.49. Totally rip off. 😡😡

The app worked for 2 weeks and then stopped working. This is an expensive and faulty app!!!

Crashing

Ive bought the upgrade for my son to help as there is no school but it keeps crashing when he opens. I'm fuming
