Please pleas please fix Apple Pay issue please since 6 months still not fixed

You can't buy an eSIM line if your phone is an iPhone 15 because there are bugs in the app. I reported this issue a week ago, but they keep passing the responsibility to someone else, and no one helps when you call or contact them through WhatsApp.

Unable to activate eSIM

In general, the app lacks so much, from the chatbot which is completely incompetent in areas of customer services, to payments, to auto renewals. I opened the app to renew a subscription, payed the amount and it was deducted from my bank account but the subscription had not been activated and the money was not in my account, which in turn forces me to call the customer service line because the whatsapp bot is completely useless outside 8am-120pm so it can deduct more in order to speak to a “specialist” whose in turn going to ask me to visit one of their branches or tell me to contact my bank. Its truly disappointing and does the opposite of what it is supposed to do, a customer’s satisfaction.

Horrible experience, poor service, they never answer the calls , no follow up , they didn’t even deliver the order , they don’t respect that we have a schedule , so on top of not delivering the order , they cancelled it while i was waiting all day in the office for them to deliver it , what a waste of time…….

الي اكثر من شهر بحاول اسجل دخول على حسابي مش قادر كنت اسجل دخول عن طريق الفيس بطل صرت اسجل دخول عن طريق كلمة السر اول ما ادخل يعطيني الاحتفاظ بالرقم الحالي أو اختيار رقم جديد ما بخليني ادخل على حسابي للامانه خدمه سيئة جداً
