3 pound unlock fee and then costs 48p every 30 mins u use? is the 3 pound not enough 😭
Dident charge phone
I got one that dident charge my phone it had no power and still got charged for using it not helped at all when I contacted them just told I would be charged for another one

Really good idea as my battery was running low and as I was in hospital with my son I really needed it

Simple to use downloaded the app scanned the QR code out popped the charger,,, and charged my phone to 100% in an hour returning it was just as easy great system
Misleading
Allows you to rent it for 24 hours plus but device only charges for 1-2 hours - if that was made clear at the start I’d have made sure to return the device within 1 hour
