Apps problem

Always having trouble when dealing with goverment. Obviously with this section.. only know to take money from the people. But when we came to pay the tickets.. always have a problem by example this apps. Can even give a number while i scan the bar code. I already delete then donwnload the app again still nothing working. At the end the security worker took the number from the machine. It’s not the security fault, it was the government faults

Had to install few jpj apps. This only for que numbers. Yet no live update. You gotta wait inside to watch your number. 🙃

VERY BAD 👎🏻......

The app is not functional as expected. The location cannot be detected, even after waiting for more than half an hour. This makes it impractical and a waste of government funds. How was this app approved for release when its performance is so poor? The GPS location for the branch cannot be detected and the app lags significantly

One could wonder why Google Ad could show up at the bottom screen of the app? And this is an app developed by the Government of Malaysia.

This app can’t even get location when clicked, waste of funds

Forced to download this app in order to obtain queue number for JPJ transactions. It is fine provided the app works well but nope, it is horrid. The app doesn’t have any FAQ for you to troubleshoot since I guess it’s mean to be a simple app, but the problem is that after scanning the code, nothing happens. No queue number was generated. Despite repeating - close app, open app, delete app, reinstalled app, it didn’t work. I am using iPhone 16 pro max. I had to use my husband’s Samsung to obtain a queue no with this useless app. So what happens if I am alone? How would I ever obtain a queue no? What’s more, there’s no one you can seek help from. Apps are supposed to simplify processes and make it convenient for users. Instead, this app adds headaches and stress. The only one happy is the lousy app developer
