Pls directly proceed to the counter if your number havent been call til jpj recess time. JPJ wil settle all numbers before they close for recess time. The app wont clear up the numbers that they had settled before recess time. And your app will keep calling u to the counter. U wil not be attend after recess time. The app should pop up a msg to tell remaining customer to direct proceed to the counter after they close for recess time. Simple coding only, pls ask somebody to check, this wil b very helpful.

why we must using apps to get our turn number ?! aren’t gov systems up to date ?! PLEASE WORK ON IT TO IMPROVE THE SYSTEMS ! in my opinion, let us scan the qr code and get the turn number, AND NOT THIS TROUBLE APPS MAKE OUR WORK MORE DIFFICULT !

1.Gov app like JPJ should dev 1 super app for all. 2.JPJ dont have enough money??GOV app have ads??. 3.hire good developer to develop ur app..this app budak2 tadika also kan do better la kawan.

Hi, Better buat sekali dalam apps Myjpj tu incas p la budak IT mna buh sekali takyah nak toya sgt idea bernas ni la konon.. nk download apps baru dlm fon orang. nk canggih2 kalau JPJ bg diskaun gila2 punya tkpa la atleast duit tu org boleh p beli fhone ram besaq sikit.. moga pikiaq lah hbis2 oh lupa pegawai apa semua bukan pikiaq apa pun..sekian.. :)

Its a good initiative and appreciate it. Would be nice if could unify all the government bodies to come up with 1 app. Frustrating each time there is a new app required to be downloaded. Moreover its waste of money for each department to develop an app. Be efficient please.

The branch at UTC pudu .on the 13th May 2024. At around 3pm. The guy manage at the door is damn rude My husband can’t scan on his hp n request a manual ticket. The guy told my husband if u don know how to use iPhone u better throw away the iPhone n don try to show off by using iPhone . He even mention to my husband tat u need to follow rules n regulation N THIS IS NOT UR HOME HE MENTION !!! This is TOTALLY ATTITUTE PROBLEM!!! NEED TO TEACH UR STAFF TO HAVE SOME MANNERS !!!
