Not a smooth app, Full of glitches, Sluggish, Complex UI

Overall app performance and security good but whenever we recieve a payment the senders name doesnt show up on the statemnet or on the bank sms kindly add a feature where we could see beneficiary names of all incoming transactions in the mobile app it will help us to identify transaction nicely thanks

One of the worst app developers have no idea whats wrong with the app since 2 years app daily down around 5pm to 7pm onward technical department have no idea if ur transacrion failed or rejected coz of ssl errors but they simply deny its 2022 js bank plz fix this useless app

I am trying to register my new iPhone but the camera focus is not working properly. The app camera has the issue of focusing on the finger:

This is a good app, but please refine it further to minimize physical contact with branches.

Too slow…. Taking long time to perform transactions. Not easy to use.

Unable to pay credit card bill. It says transaction couldn’t be completed. I hope an update is in pipeline to fix this error.

Every time I open the JS Bank app it says “We are unable to process this request at this moment” This happens so often that it’s become impossible to rely on the app for anything... It’s supposed to make banking easier but instead it’s just frustrating... Please fix these issues—I expected better from a JS Bank but unfortunately it's been disappointing.

This app has made my life easy!

I have been using this for over 2 years and it was a great app. Recently it has gotten so slow and with a lot of errors and downtime. Looks like dev team has gone lazy.
