Easy to use

I have been using this app for almost 6 months now don't remember facing any issues with it regarding payment, OTPs Etc. Initially it was not my Primary banking app but Now it is because it has never disappointed me till date.

Js bank app service is very very poor and bad

I am such irradiated with this 2 times OTPs. Currently i am out side of the country my Pakistani Number roaming not working. So for that reason i am not able to login for some urgent transfers. Please sort it out for me if any possibilities are there.

Easy to use and satisfied with the performance so far. Hopefully will be good at security also, as I am quite new to the app.

It’s good but to slow i share my experience with 3 stars bcuz of there service

Bank transfers are very delayed and so is the customer service. Sadapay is a much better option!

Overall I am happy with the JS app experience but sometimes I need to make payments on challans of university like GIKI but there is no option of 1Bill Top-Up anywhere in JS app. I had to use HBL app for 1Bill top up. Please add this feature in the app and payment of utility bills through credit card from the app.
