Can’t log in, freezes in login screen

Chauvinistic, excessive authoritarianism. You deleted me without giving any reasons. I had three months' worth of payments, you’re thieves who kept charging me. Explain why you delete accounts—I didn’t like this attitude, totally arbitrary and clueless. On top of being crooks and exploiters, you’re incompetent and incapable of creating a decent app. It keeps crashing, full of bugs—do you even know why you deleted my account based on my IP? Ignorant and insensitive. Inhumane, at a time when we should have united Jews in our mind and making each other stronger, more valued, and appreciated. Thanks a lot, guys! That’s all you are. The app says my country/IP is banned from the app (Brazil). What could have happened?

Ao contrário do JDate, o filtro do JSwipe funciona muito bem e respeita nossas escolhas. O problema é que após 7 meses quase não houve matches. Os poucos matches que houve me deixaram feliz, porém não adianta enviar mensagens, pois o outro lado do match nunca responde (porque, ao contrário de mim, as pessoas aparentemente não pagam por esse app). Como o app também não permite colocar outra forma de contato, simplesmente não há como os usuários se comunicarem entre si - mesmo problema do JDate, by the way.

This app is not working and should be removed from the App Store.

Although the app idea is great, there are a lot of fake men profiles. They are scammers that build a relationship with you and then try to get money from you. I have denounced many of them and now they did the same to me, so I’m blocked. I even paid to use the app and now I’m blocked by scammers. They are mostly from Nigeria, pretend to be somebody else, they say they can not make video calls for many stupid reasons. I bumped into about a dozen of them. Not keeding. And now I put money and I am blocked. I hope Jswipe is doing something to prevent that to happen. Otherwise it’s a terrible idea to join the app.
