Horrible company

Treats users like crap. You might be lucky but in my experience Don’t bother with jswipe.

Facebook log in not working!

I’m a paying member & can’t log in via Facebook.

Problem now solved

Since my last review , they have taken a little time to resolve the situation but , it’s resolved. So rating now increased

This app needs some serious work

Hasn’t been updated in a long time - bugs out constantly

No one around

Most of the time I login there is no one around and I live in London and close to big Jewish communities. So basically it’s u useless app.

Horrible company

Cannot login

The app stops working and I can’t get it back. This is the message that I got when I tried to login: ‘App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.’ You don’t have any customer service that we can talk to. Thanks

Paid for subscription - can't login

I paid for my subscription, it worked really well for few days (I have been logging in using facebook) and suddenly the app logged me out and now it doesn't let me login back in, showing only a stupid error message each time: "App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions." Can You please come back to me?

TERRIBLE APP

For an ethnicity that has the brightest minds and have their hands deep in cutting edge tech, this app is embarrassing. There are few j-only dating apps, and this being the one JDate bought to get some leverage they have left it to rot. Basic messaging doesn’t work and the app logs out/restarts whenever it wants. Looses the maches made and there’s no way to re-gain a conversation again (or it’s history when rematching).. all this while it counts down a clock that doesn’t even count correctly.. 18 days go down to 2 - overnight. Seriously.. so much potential, such a sad waste of time.
