Poor functionality

I could not check-in to my flight through the app. In my opinion there is no reason to download the app.

Love hate relationship

I love JSX so much, but no good flights out of Austin ( yet ). Anytime I can fly I will always choose JSX though - by far the best airline

App not working on IPhone 13 Max

My favorite airline but I haven’t gotten the app to work in over a year. Home Screen hangs then times out. My Bookings tab generates an error.

App still freezes but airline is great

Doesn’t appear that today’s update did anything to resolve the app freezing but I’ve flown JSX and I’m pleased with the service and pricing, which is comparable to the major airlines.

JSX’s mobile website is pure rubbish and their app is even more fightingly bad. Hire the right people to make both function properly. “Properly?” Yes, properly. Look at the sites and apps for the large carriers. Their’s work. JSX’s fails to work well or easily. NOT IMPRESSED.

Love JSX but the app is terrible

I’ve had this app for over a year and it has never once worked. Anytime I try to do something it gives me an error. Get it fixed plz!!

App doesn’t work

The app flat out doesn’t loan on my iPhone 13. Website works well. Love flying JSX.
