In your new update there is no arrow to go back to previous page. Immediately you click an item, you can’t go back. You have to press home. That is a lot of stress, new update needs to be checked properly.

But pls we need home delivery around sapele bypass and Ologbo axis it’s really inconvenient for some of us living there.

Don’t use this company this a scam zone all they do is lie, jumia will scam u , lie against frustrate you and drain your mental health, their service is zero with mannerless employees, riders are the work better close this company!!!!! #stopthescam

Not always right about the package

I’d really rate jumia higher if the can validate all pick up stations in Imo state I mean I ordered a package spent 3k on transport only to receive numerous excuses for not opening. I had to spend 9k for the 3 days I went there Is that fair??? The guys at the pick up station were so rude and besides that i was completely soaked because of the rain that fell Not only that your pick up center collaborated with two guys to harass us If this happens again I swear that I personally would take legal measures Aside from that your products are okay but PLEASE Work on your service to people
