Charged twice for in-app purchases. deceivers. NFNZBPPM I made a purchase for 17.9 shekels once on 01/05/2023 and once for 17.9 shekels on 24/05/2023. I was charged 17.9 shekels twice. Twice at 17.9 NIS on 01/05/23 and two more times on 24/05/23. were debited from my account. Your support is not working.

The best game I’ve ever played
Extremely buggy after the update, especially starting battles
The game was fine at first, minor bugs but overall good game. However, after the last update (1.10 on the 22 October 2019) many players left the game. The company (Ludia) changed the game by resetting players boosts (many of the players including me bought these boosts with real money over a long period of time). I feel ripped off and so are many of the players who are leaving and uninstalling the game. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - they treat your money disrespectfully! I would advise against playing any of their games, since you may invest time and money, only to find out they changed the rules and all your hard work (or even money) goes down the drain.
Lost all my progress once logged into the game. Would give 0 stars if I could.
It's really bad to enter a buggy battle (every 2/3 matches btw) and after u restarted the app - coming back to it realizing u lost it. Fix your servers!!!
Pretty good overall but EXTREMELY buggy, needs so much fixing and maintenance, for example, sometimes it won’t let me pick a Dino in a battle or use it’s skills, and more. As mentioned, the game is pretty good but has lots of bugs so please take care of them.
1. How about every time I kill a Dino in battle I get some DNA? 2. 3 attempt at an event are not enough to get an epic animal, how about making it 4? 3. My kid plays while I’m driving, at speeds of about 100km/h nothing spawns.
The game idea is interesting, not limiting you to a specific way of obtaining dna But the battling system is poorly developed , unbalanced with characters like raptors that can abuse their abilities without any way to counter , there are too many glitch about leveling , despawning mid hunting , battle attacks going invisible until the end of the match , critical hits are unbalanced, and the system of characters with the same speed in which one of them is not determined to be the one that lost a Dino and making the match even less fair The most critical thing for me is the problem with abusive raptors that can troll or spam if you are unlucky to get the raptor from your roster I’ll appreciate if Ludia will read this message and act to make players have a better experience of the game !!!
