VERY BAD CONNECTION , unresponsive

When I downloaded the game , it kept loading at the main screen at 1/30.I am super bored and I cannot wait to delete this laggy game.You said you fixed your bugs but apparently not.

App keeps lagging

The friendly challenge mode has not been working for months !!! Not days but months !!!!! Until no one wants to do the friendly challenge! Oh also what happpen to your AI mode ! Did JWA decided to remove the AI RAID MODE ???? Why is it getting so fxxkup system these days :(

Whenever I accidentally join a game I don’t want to I have to PLAY it and I CANT just leave even if I don’t want to so if the campaign is lagging it takes forever for a single move

After update the game becoming more and more laggy, it get worse when it freeze suddenly while playing . Do something abt it

Please make omega skill unlocks free

Ludia ur game is great and I’m and avid player, I like this game so much that I even spend a bit of money for new dinosaurs. But one thing, Omegas. It’s a unique concept but once I got toro to level six, I was so happy as I was going to unlock a new skill, I had the exact amount to upgrade it. What surprised me is, 300 DNA?! Just to unlock ONE SKILL. It surprised me and I’m sad because when I managed to get it to level 6 I spent money on a pass which let me upgrade it to level 5. Then I spent a ton of time getting more DNA until I upgraded toro. Looking that I needed more DNA for a skill made my heart sank. I know it might be petty but please, either make a skill unlock free or make it less DNA to unlock. If you listened to this Ludia I am thankful already, but please I’m begging that you make the skill unlock free or less DNA for Omega’s Thank you and have a wonderful Day/Night, Yours sincerely, Elijah.

Why the map is not working . 4 different players map not working ?

What seems to be the problem lately ? The map is not working every time we finished 1 incubator . We have to restart the app few time to get the map appear again so what is the problem ? 4 different players 4 different telecom company ! Does that mean the internet server is down ? Even when we connected to the home wifi it still didn’t restall the map at all .

I lost my progress.😭

I was playing this game when I chose confirm for the switch accounts.when I exited the game and came back I had lost all my progress. I already had 3 legendarys.so can ludía give me a suggestion on how to get back the progress?Please write back soon.
