4 hours & half delay & you didn’t recieve any update from their side, then they request your review for the service that you have received 🙄 Even if you tried to submit a complaint or reach them, They will answer you after 24 hours. Will never use the app again, Thank you
Worst service ever , i’ve been trying to get someone to contact me for an issue for months and the support team is useless they didn’t solve anything and no one contacted me , they took my money and that’s it
Sorest service provider, I booked my appointment at 2:30 pm and they didn’t show up until 4 pm I had to cancel since this is Ramadan and I was running out of time. They keep giving credit as an apology but I won’t use it anyway since they don’t respect their customer time!
They have very bad service, their representatives never came on time and they got delay for more than 3 and 4 days. They hold money for no reason and didn’t returned until I made complaint with Customer protection authorities. Their customer service agents and managers even are liars and they give promises to solve problems but they aren’t Avoid them!!
Very bad service and support
They don’t respect their clients, customer care is a disaster, they have no idea on how to provide a service. This have been my word experience by far!
They canceled my appointment before my appointment with 12h , and of course I didn't find any other application has an appointment in the same day . And when I asked why , they said all of their stuff are sick !!! Is this even logic? I'm sorry but they are the worst I'm traveling and I can't find anyone to come to me now because I trusted them ! I took this appointment 1 week before so I can find it, and then they do this ! A company that can't respect their appointments can't be respected 👎👎👎👎👎
