I Booked 2 cleaners for 2 hours. They were supposed to bring their own cleaning equipment as I have my own stuff and don’t like to being used as it often gets overused. So when I get cleaners in every now and again, I make them bring their own, so they don’t use to much. With the latest cleaners, I had missing after they left. 1 X Mop and new mop bucket (brand new) 1 X Broom - also new and in its place they left an old one that I threw in the bin. Most my chemicals were emptied into their pots, My spray polish was taken My special leather cream was taken My window cleaner and window squeegee was taken 2 of my high end car polishing duster were taken. All in all around 700 AED of cleaning equipment was stolen from my apartment. I tried to complain and had no response. Do not trust this app, or their cleaners they send.

On 15 July 2023, I requested your service to change the lock on my door. I paid AED 350 for a new lock, expecting a professional and efficient service. However, the situation turned drastically unprofessional when your handyman, after installing the new lock, carelessly locked himself out with the new key inside the house. In an attempt to rectify his mistake, he proceeded to break into the house, causing severe damage to my door. This damage is not only aesthetically displeasing but has also compromised the security of my home. To make matters worse, the cost of repairing this damage is substantial. As a tenant, I am particularly distressed since this damage will affect my security deposit, which amounts to AED 4500. It has been over 3 months since this incident occurred, and despite my repeated attempts to contact your company for a resolution, I have neither received a refund for the service nor any assurance of repairing the damage caused. This lack of response and accountability is unacceptable and unprofessional. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. This includes: 1. A full refund of AED 350 for the lock change service, which was not completed to a satisfactory standard. 2. Full compensation for the repair costs of my damaged door or direct arrangement for its repair, ensuring it is restored to its original state without any cost to me. 3. An official apology for the inconvenience and distress caused by your service.

Do NOT sign up for this service. They have taken money from me for 4 weeks despite sending me emails assuring me that I have cancelled the subscription and the money will be refunded. They have NEVER been to clean my Villa.

I live in zone 1 London and they don’t serve my area.

Did really good cleaning for me

I’ve used just life lots of times and they always provide a great service. This time I did the AC cleaning and they were so quick and efficient! Shahraz was amazing thanks so much!

Been using this company for over a year. All of the staff are very polite and trustworthy. This is very important to me. The staff listen to what you need and are happy to accommodate any tasks. Thank you so much

They send you sooo many marketing and promotional notifications, and any interaction with them yields even more unwanted notifications. There’s no way to turn them off with out also turning off the important notifications on service updates that you’ve booked. Their help desk promised they’d turned off my promotional notifications three times but it never worked.

Every time I come To Dubai I use it. Always great service . Love it . Wish I could take It back to England with me…..
