My app has stoped working
Help. My app froze at the loading screen. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone but it still won’t load.
Technical problem
I have a technical problem with the app. It stops working. It does not continue to ask me with the next question. I need help! I can not continue to learn English using this app. I have already paid.
I’m frustrated
Got the paid subscription couple months ago. All went well till the lessons started to get stack at some point. It happened several times, till today so I just can’t login in it any more! Going to ask for a refund.
No login with google or iPhone apple supported??
Even no option to create a new account, so unfinished app it is

试用之后感觉很失望，卸载之后却被通知已经交费。无奈开始使用却频频发生产品没有反应的现象。突然被卡在谋一个课程中，之后，无论选择继续课程，退出课程选择其他内容，退出程序都不能得到改善。使用时间越久卡住的现象越频繁，且故障时间持续的更久。与客服多次联络无果，总之这是一款让我很失望的产品。
