its cool but when im listening to music my watch decides to connect and start playing the music at full volume thus it gives me a heart attack and if im out in public i cant have my watch connected cause i dont want it to play my music and embarrass me :( please make an option to stop it being able to play my music <3 thank youuu

Great for the price , but! Really should be a way of stopping the watch from working as a speaker! It’s clicking away now while I’m writing this review!( stop it!! Or will interrupt a BT speaker, why would you want that? Can’t even tell support… paa

Shocking choice of preset backgrounds when the make your own feature is so basic looking when text and time added. So annoying actually surely these should update they are boring

Works ok but issues with weekly and monthly data, press on weekly heart rate/steps and anything else the app closes. No data available for monthly comparisons. The messages only give me text not WhatsApp or any of the other notifications. Overall it does some stuff but not everything that is available. Didn’t pay much for my fitness band, you get what you pay for!

This is my first smart watch, after refusing to pay mega money for an iwatch I bought into these guys at a fraction of the price. I’ve never had sync problems or anything, if you turn the watch off for a while ( as I don’t wear mine every day ) when you turn it back on yes the clock is wrong but just open the app and it syncs itself automatically. For £26 the watch has so many functions, it’s great controlling my Alexa music via the watch and I love the weather forecasting too. Maybe the step / heart rate counter isn’t fully accurate, but surly it was only ever meant to be a guide not for hospital use. One thing I would like to see is a tide time graph, so I can easily see high and low tides times, that would make the watch perfect for me.

Absolutely awful ! Worst purchase , our poor 8 year old really wanted this watch. It is such a let down: app and watch won’t sync. Complete waste of money:

It works fine only a couple of little bugs in syncing. The other thing I would like to say as an update would be if it connected on a routine

While the watch works brilliantly, even though I have the account added to the app and the watch is paired to the app, no data syncs from the watch to the phone. A previous version of this app worked wonderfully so I don’t see how this app has now become completely useless.
