I tried registering to get in I used my email and my password tried logging in and it said “account doesn’t exist” so I tried making a new registration account and that didn’t work it quoted “this account already exists” but it didn’t work on the logging in.

The app itself isn’t that bad but I am having some real issues connecting it to my Apple health because apparently it isn’t able to access Apple updates

My daughter as a iPhone 6 which is supposed to be compatible with the smart watch that I have. When you go on to device and then click on the watch once it’s found it the program closes and goes back to the home screen. In Bluetooth settings on the iPhone it’s days it’s connected to the watch, although the app won’t connect to it. My phone the the iPhone SE second edition works fine.

Good app that gives data to apple health so only use to connect the device only annoying thing is that the remote selfie feature only takes square photos and doesn't work in native camera app

Very basic app. I like the map function for walks etc. But there isn’t much else to it Can’t get detailed analysis of sleep and other trends, I get no alerts from it whatsoever and it doesn’t link with Apple Health. So overall a bit disappointing as I bought the smart ring in place of a watch, as I don’t like wearing a watch at night.

I have a treadmill and after walking for 30 minutes on that no steps were recorded which is what I bought it for! Please help!

its cool but when im listening to music my watch decides to connect and start playing the music at full volume thus it gives me a heart attack and if im out in public i cant have my watch connected cause i dont want it to play my music and embarrass me :( please make an option to stop it being able to play my music <3 thank youuu

Great for the price , but! Really should be a way of stopping the watch from working as a speaker! It’s clicking away now while I’m writing this review!( stop it!! Or will interrupt a BT speaker, why would you want that? Can’t even tell support… paa

Shocking choice of preset backgrounds when the make your own feature is so basic looking when text and time added. So annoying actually surely these should update they are boring

Works ok but issues with weekly and monthly data, press on weekly heart rate/steps and anything else the app closes. No data available for monthly comparisons. The messages only give me text not WhatsApp or any of the other notifications. Overall it does some stuff but not everything that is available. Didn’t pay much for my fitness band, you get what you pay for!
