查看门外情况经常连接不上！
家里网络稳定，其他智能家居联网都很正常，就这个凯迪仕门锁，点击查看门外情况时经常显示连接超时，无法查看。设置了提醒门外有人也不会预警提醒，买了后悔。
有很多产品型号都不能连App 太差了
希望快点改进 真的很烦
电池缺失
更新了以后怎么总是提醒电池缺失，我换了新电池都没用

更新后预警视频成了模糊的图片，看门外实时视频只能看2秒钟，视频马上变成图片，体验感越来越差
最垃圾的app没有之一
越更新越垃圾的app活久见，门外实时视频查看连接慢，视频卡顿，画面不动，反应好几个月了，每次更新啥了？深深怀疑你们这个app是一群小学生的水平在维护，养了你们一群吃干饭的混子
多点更新APP
软件更新慢，不能调节摄像头的功能！人需要定很久才可以提醒！
App距离检测设置
新版本app门锁设置里面没有距离检测设置 建议改功能恢复
经常开关门不提示
经常开关门延时信息或者不提示，有时候关门了语音也说关门了，但是app显示没关，再刷新也没用。但是预警功能跟其他的正常。出现很多次了，商家说是app的事儿
门口有人的提醒条件反了吧
我自己出门站门口等会电梯就玩命提醒门口有人，我不出门有别人在我门口晃悠打半天都撞门了也不提示，简直了！要你何用？
