I’ve been using this app to work with my coach (kostas corner) he provides everything through the app. Workout and nutrition plans for every day of the week, easy communication. You can write a note for each workout and rate each day. There are daily and weekly check ins. Best part of it is that you can have many nutrition plans for the same day which of course my coach provides. It has liberally full of videos and extra workouts. And waaay more. I’m really happy with the app and more so with my coach.

I have been using this app now days and seems it pretty good to work with. It has all the modules related to nutrition, exercise which makes it worth to use as a coach and assigning modules to my clients. Keep up the good work team!! Excited to use many more features😍

Good but wish you could log drop sets within a set otherwise hard to distinguish.

Just had a recent update but still switches high day for low days and vice versa, needs fixing. Also need the ability so switch order of exercises. Needs a filter on meals too rather than the entirety of ‘recent’. Also not a fan of the confetti emojis that are foods full of sugar etc

It doesn’t calculate the macros average during the week so during the weekly checkin you have to calculate everything manually. Also, the fibre intake is mandatory during the checkin but it doesn’t even show in the nutritional information. It is extremely difficult to use and counter intuitive…

I do prefer Myfitness pal for logging food and it has a feature to log exercises as well as pairing great with apple health. This app doesn’t pair well With the health app and the programme I first bought is no longer available, which is a huge deal as I paid for it and would like access to it as I haven’t done it yet.

Update broken app, pop up keeps appearing

I keep having to double check my inputs to the food diary following every meal as it will just remove food randomly. At the end of the day I look and think I’ve got lots of cals left but actually the food I entered earlier in the day isn’t showing!

Mobile app is so buggy. Using an iPhone 15 pro max. Absolute nightmare to use cause of the bugs.
