Takes up too much space
Deleted majority of my conversations, as well as over a thousand photos from my chat, and also cleared my cache but still takes up 9GB.
Doesn’t work
My kakao doesn’t work, first I couldn’t receive messages so I logged out and tried to login again, but it didn’t work so I tried to verify a different way, but it came up pictures of people I’ve added for over a year ago who I don’t know and ask me who’s profile picture belongs to who, which I have no idea. When I try to verify with my phone number, I need to send a message, which I have done a lot of times and I never get a verification. I need to get access to my old kakao so I can reach someone in Korea.
Can’t even log in!!
After the new update and the 2 way verification I can’t log back into my account because I can’t receive messages from foreign countries. Really disappointed
so many bugs
I don’t get most notifs, many of my messages don’t appear, can’t even log in now
I can’t make a account
I can’t sign up since you have to send a message to a foreign number and that do not work

Hi, I can’t proceed verification code message. Could you please fix this asps?
Banning spree
This is my third time being banned on the app for no reason from my knowledge. They say they will message you the reason and only gotten it once. When I did get it, it says “violating operation policy...” They don’t show any extract of the conversation if I made something unclear etc. So my 3 days of having the app, 2 of them I’ve been banned and as I write this I just received a 7-day ban. Reading on Reddit it’s a known issue dating back half a year ago, so they clearly haven’t improved it...
