Poor experience
I can’t log in to my account on the app, it says “service unreachable” so I can’t book classes or use any of the features
Frequently doesnt work
App often not working to take class bookings at 9pm when new date released, then miss opportunity for classes as they are full. It is a waste of membership fee
Worst app in the world
Utter mess of an app. Surprised anyone actually joins the gym. I have been trying for nearly a day to sign up for the gym with this software useless.

The app won’t let me log onto my Flexicare account so I can’t book any classes . Mike Bleak
Decent App - Please add KAL Card to scan
The App is quite good and works well, a suggestion for a major improvement would be to add the option for the KAL member card or flexi card to be in the App to scan on entry. Appreciate this could be scammer dependent but it would save time for users and staff when members have forgotten a card. Plus the App should recognise if you are a current member prior to the respective centre homepages as currently it tells everyone about the membership offers, not great if you are already a member.

The app doesn’t act intuitively, I have a membership card and it will not let me log on
Laborious Booking Process
As a member of KAL I’d have expected a smoother more intuitive booking process. If I want to make multiple bookings I have to input my card details each time. The app is decent but booking poor.
