Fix rhe app at last. After latest update freezes and we don’t have access to cameras. Very frustrating situation and also dangerous because we can’t watch people we care. DO SOMETHING Ps same frustrating situation still exists. Ps Don’t buy their cameras. Software is garbage full of ads

Not to bye yi or cami security camera
The app doesn’t operate properly, i have not access on the camera when i need it.
Unfortunately with the new update it’s not working any more. The ads killed the whole app. Fix it as the cameras are useless

Unfortunately after 2-3 years of good operation now with ads the app is slow and many times it doesn't load. I don't generally recommend it for immediate viewing.
Fix the bug please After the update it freezes when it tries to open
Terrible system. Important missed events. You’ll get an alert up to 20 mins after it occurs. No the problem is not my WiFi I have a mesh system. Get a Ring system. Much much better quality.
Easy to install and maintain.
