Kanbana: Organiza todo

I have an annual subscription and have deleted and reinstalled the app many times due to serious glitches that deletes my organizational work. It’s disappearing constantly. Also after deleting and reinstalling it now keeps me in trial mode and when try to go premium even with the monthly and it’s processed it tells me I have a subscription until 2025 but does not sync and keeps me on free mode. I am giving it another week. After that I am contacting apple to reimburse me for the balance of the subscription. My attempts to text and send emails to the app developer have not worked

Update: I used to love this app (see original review below) and I gave it 5 stars. Then, they did an update and it is now cumbersome and slow and I have stopped using it and cannot recommend it to anyone. Here is what I originally wrote: Instead of a written to do list, I use Kanbana. Color coding with flexible column headings with easy movement of items around makes it great for visualizing what you are doing and organizing your time.

I’ve tried a number of other organization apps, and this one is probably the best one. Great way to efficiently stay organized. Thanks for the great tool!

I first acquired this Kanbana app when it was Get and no in-app purchase needed. Then it became Kanbana with Pro as an option. I really found it useful in that the interface was not distracting, I could create a new card, re-organize stack sequence, and change card colors very quickly. I liked that I could enter an idea, and not have to wade through any layers of organization. Functionally, I could choose a color for my cards, and make the stacks arrangement what ever was convenient as I completed projects or priorities changed. After a while, color choices for new cards became limited, but the cards I had in those colors were not affected. The number of cards I could create was limited to 20. I have more than 20 cards because I adopted this Kanbana app when that limitation was not in effect When I was no longer able to add new cards, as I completed a card, I changed the original content to “Placeholder” and did not delete the card. I recycled the placeholder card by adding new content. The recent entire make-over of the interface has rendered the user interface very slow. I can’t rearrange stacks now. In attempting to rearrange cards in a stack, There is a delay of three to five seconds before the board responds to a gesture. Maybe a new iPad Pro would allow Kanbana Pro to work very quickly. For now, I am taking the precaution of manually migrating one my board (free version only allows one board and 20 cards.) to a different application before my current installation of Kanbana become completely unusable.

This app is so helpful in organizing my personal and work tasks all in one place. Definitely helping my ADHD and getting stuff done.

I have been using Kambana to organize all of my assignments and tasks as a graduate student. I love all of the updated features and would recommend it to any friend or family member. This app has changed my life by keeping me organized!

If I have to write something I should not have to click 5 different time with buffers to write something. I preferred this as a project management tool before because it was not bloated with unnecessary features that slowed down writing something down and then moving it as wanted.

This app is incredible. It helps me organize deadlines, events and meetings in a smart and efficient way. Highly recommend.

2024 Review - I see much has changed. Very good, but let me restore my purchases! I purchased for one-time fee many years ago! I am NOT going the subscription route now! I already bought it. Very displeased... 2023 Review—Kanbana is so handy for organizing tasks by priority, time, or basically any method of your choosing. Now with 16 colors! Previous reviews: Its flexibility allows for creating many types of lists, contents of which can be dragged and dropped within lists and across columns. For a small IAP, multiple boards and extra features are available. Having tried numerous organizing and list apps; Kanbana seems to be just want I was looking for. Love its simplicity, one-page viewing, availability of multiple boards for different projects/ideas, syncing, moving notes and columns, and dragging across columns. Color coding really helps too. I highly recommend Kanbana!

I used to be a big fan. I paid for the premium subscription because it was wonderfully simple. I had even turned several other friends and family to the app. They recently did an “upgrade” and ruined a great app. Now very clunky and hard to navigate. They even reduced the color options that I had been paying for. If they go back to the classic version, I may consider coming back. Until then, I’ll find something else that’s easier to use. I wouldn’t waste your time or money on this version.
