Kangaroo: Simple Home Security

Simple but reliable system!!!

We have used this security system for over four years. It has worked well. The technology hasn’t changed and is a bit dated, but it works. For the price, it is worth the investment. We save more on our insurance each year than the system, monitoring, and maintenance combined cost… it is cheaper to be protected.

The damage done from several updates ago has finally been corrected. The previous update made the app useless, but they corrected it and everything works great again!! Thank you!!!

Looked promising, but I can’t get past putting in my address because it won’t let me save even though I’ve put all the required stuff in

When creating a new account when getting to the page to enter the address and notes to authorities, you hit save, and nothing happens. I cannot go further.

I opened the app and can’t find any directions for set up???

Very demanding for information for their own use. The software missing turn off automatically everyday. Software fills with so many pitch in for sale. Very troubling.

I don’t get any notifications, my account couldn’t be renewed, but Apple charged me for services I don’t even receive and refuse to refund my money. Extremely unhappy with Apple and Kangaroo. Seriously makes me rethink dealing with Apple all together.

The best ever

I got the kangaroo door bell camera and a box camera for the backyard. Both of them worked for an hour or so before “losing connection” with the App they are both setup within 10 feet of the router and still have a hard time connecting. The worst part is the app won’t show you your recordings unless you pay an additional fee. Plus the app is covered in ads. It is an absolute waste of money. I strongly recommend going with anything other than this brand of junk.
