Scam - subscription with no way to cancel & terrible customer service
Company is a scam. Lets you set up a subscription but there is no way to cancel the subscription on their app or website, only option is to send an email to their customer service address asking to cancel, but they don’t respond to emails and keep debiting your account. Sent them about 4 emails over the span of a month requesting to cancel, they took the money anyway and I had to notify my bank to block them and get a new card so they couldn’t do it again. 12months later they start sending me emails letting me know they’re trying to renew my subscription but the payment keeps getting rejected. Sent another email back and threatened to report the company to Fair Trading if they didn’t cancel my subscription & never contact me again. FINALLY got a response, a quite rude response as well considering they’re the ones at fault with their scammy business model and had ignored at least 4 previous emails telling them to cancel. Would not recommend at all.
