I was trying to use this app on The RealReal website. And it seems like the Karma app is a farce. Anytime it sends me an item that is on sale as soon as I click on it it says that it is sold, and that it sold for a different price than Karma is showing. I think I have only clicked on it once were an item was not already sold. So I’m wondering if they’re working together with The RealReal and trying to get people to look at other items to purchase after an item that they had has already sold it is not working as it states it does.

****update2*** clicked contact developer link you sent me, certificate for site was bad, and the url was a page not found. *****update******* I’ve done that, the algorithm is completely wrong. I have literally been in my Email box when Karma delivered the notice. Email was 3 seconds old and it was the same product that always pops up wrong. DeWalt ToughSystem 2.0 at the Home Depot. Everyday,several times a day I get an Email says this item is on sale from $129.00 for $14.98 same wrong price, everyday, multiple times a day. It does it for every item I save. I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now and constantly get up dates on items that I have added to my wish list daily. If not multiple times a day suggesting they are incredibly low prices and every time I go to check, it is in accurate. I have yet to click on the link even when it shows up in my inbox and I immediately go to check the item is wrong. So unless I’m missing something this app does absolutely nothing but fill my email with spam mail with things that I am not interested in. I wish it did work is great, and if the items popped up and I clicked on them and actually received the prices and claims these items now are I would be ecstatic. But that’s not the case, the prices are never accurate and always suggest things that I am not interested in. Anyone has any suggestions on how to get the prices showing up in the app please let me know otherwise.

I really like the app and have been using it for a while but lately I noticed I’m either getting sale notifications late or I get a notification telling something is on sale (for a drastically lower price) but when you go to purchase it’s not actually on sale, it’s confusing. When the app works properly it’s really nice.

Karma shows I have 7 unread alerts but when I open the app, nothing is there. The alerts on the app icon won’t go away. Annoying.

It’s 2023 and this app cannot support landscape orientation for the iPad? A vast majority of iPad users browse in landscape or in my case use Apple’s keyboard. So I have to take the iPad out of its case every single time I want to use this app? How annoying. I am sorry I am a laze customer but this is not user friendly at all. Deleted the app.

I’m starting to wonder if the things I saved from Temu really were saved because they’re not there!! If there’s some reason why not, could you please fix it or inform me so that I can look for another app that works? This is ridiculous!

While I love this, it definitely has a bunch of things that need improvement. For example, it’ll alert me that an item is on sale, I will immediately open the app, and find out it isn’t on sale, let alone for $30 (down from $150 or similar). The app also doesn’t discriminate on items enough; the boots I want in Navy (which I’ve specified) may NOT be on sale but rather the same boots in a different size and/or color IS on sale, so I’m being alerted for nothing. The app will also let you know something is on sale that’s actually sold out/discontinued on the store’s website. Lastly, the app tends to crash a lot and doesn’t let you choose WHEN it should alert you; it’d be nice to know when a specific color or size is back in stock, or if an item is more than 50% off of has a BOGO offer attached.

Karma UX designer should be let go. Nothing has ever made me disable and uninstall an app faster. This was a zero IQ move.

Well, the built-in browser doesn’t know how to log you into websites that I can totally log into an out of on my default browser, which is at latest version and my phone, which is at latest version and many other browsers. It’s just in this app it doesn’t work, but I can log into all of my websites on any and every browser except for the building one which is a problem with a lot of apps developer stop using the built-in browser. I don’t get it. Is there some benefit if it’s lesser than safari or chrome no we don’t want to use it. OK well the app is great. The idea is wonderful love everything just can’t use it at all because I want all of my sites everything I’m using some of it right now and yeah I don’t care about it. I want to work all the way if you ever do that cool I’m probably not gonna check in to find out so I’ll just use your competitions cause I’m already over it. But if anybody wants this, if you wanna manually find stuff here in there it’s great if you don’t probably not gonna like it.

This app is great when it actually works. I love that it tracks an item over a long period of time. I’ve been tracking items for several months and can see the lowest price it was offered. So I just wait until it is down to that price again or close. It’s really helpful around Black Friday because you can see that some of those deals aren’t really good deals. My complaints with this app is that for certain stores it just doesn’t work properly. For example, this thing is saying that a bra at Victoria Secret is on sale for $17 but when I go to the site it still says $55 even with other promos the store is offering. It’s just not accurate. Same thing with Amazon. It can be very off which is annoying.
