The app needs serious upgrade

There needs to be a place to chat atleast with the team if not the sellers cuz you have to wait for their call all the time u want to view or talk about a car There is no notifications section in the app to view if other than fone notifications Its quite a good place to look for cars as they give you all the details but atleast if u dont have the interface for it how am i able to purchase a car easily like dubizzle or open souq

It’s really amazing to such service providers in the market, people like me not have to bother with technical stuff of the vehicle, the report available at every car posted in carSwitch will help easy and better understanding of the car before proceed on the deal. Moreover, the call center team very friendly when I wanted clarify further more from the inspection report. Just an additional note for the inspection report: same like service history icon, it would be great to keep pls the accident history at a glance view (if there is any as per the inspection)

If you want to buy a car hassle free this is the place. The staff is well educated well trained. I got a very nice car within 8 days of viewing. Their prices are competitive with no hidden charges.

Not recommend

I have dealt with them for a car transaction. It was too stressful experience for me. Carswitch team was quite lacking clarity of transaction and misled the buyer and seller both. They will pretend to assist you only till the time they get their commission. After u hand over commission, they are off to next trap.
