Tried to create an account, but the verification code does not arrive. I tried with & without the preceding zero on the mobile number.
Better cars than Uber for same price
The app has a misplaced button to cancel the ride. Poor attention to detail. It’s on the left edge of screen. You can’t zoom in to where you are on the map during a ride, it automatically zooms out to the full route after 2s. The app support link is broken on the App Store page.

Pickup location is very difficult to set
Karwa app
Lacks accuracy. Can’t set Home or Work addresses accurately. Drivers have difficulty locating passengers.
Stupid old fashioned
Cannot put any international non Qatari mobile number in when registering an account. Hardly great for a city that this of itself as international and about to hold the works largest sports event with international visitors.
