Why I can’t book a ride on Vans and other cars than a Corolla? You have to be more flexible and cheaper for the service you are giving!

1. Map and navigation requires significant improvements. Frequently cant find addresses. Map does not properly reflect car movement. 2. Payment- cant assign credit card for payments.

Good afternoon! Often has issues with online payment, sometimes scan n pay doesn’t work, today I couldn’t pay by apple payment. I cannot always carry cash with me. Could you please solve it ? Thank you.

All my data history gone. Giving Error too: cannot take taxis. No update available. That’s sad we’re taking Uber now. Hope you will change all the app one dys. Wish you the best Karwa! Good luck

Horrible service they say minimum fare is 7 but its a lie especially from airport the minimum fare is 25 ryals which is a joke

Never get a message or email to verify my new account, so the app is useless.

When I was in Doha I was not able to make an account even tho I put down I'm from the us. I had to pay cash for the ride. I want to set up an account because the cab driver was super nice and understanding and very helpful.

What’s going on with with the app , couldn’t get a vehicle for me I’m Gharafa ,while Uber showing many vehicles around !!! Please do something !
