Facilité utilisations
Quoi dire de plus tout est dans le titre . Télécharger l’application choisir un mot de passe d’entré l’application s’ouvre et ensuite entrer les sites et mot de passe pour chacun de ceux-ci . Je suis content de ce programme déjà 140 site et pas que les mots de passes se chargent tout seul quand vous cliquer sur l’ouverture de vôtre choix
Service technique inexistant
Depuis la dernière mise à jour, synchronisation impossible. Demande de connection à mon compte et plus moyen de s’y connecter. Quant à pouvoir contacter le service technique, impossible. Le lien envoyé suite à mon commentaire est impossible à utiliser puisqu’il ne reconnaît plus le user name ni mot de passe. Même en ayant créé un nouveau mot de passe…Depuis une semaine, je tourne en rond et pour obtenir une assistance téléphonique, il faut se connecter à son compte. Bravo pour vos mises à jour. Quant à votre assistance, nous vous lisons tous et attendons impatiemment une solution. Pour rappel, mon abonnement pretium est censé fonctionner jusqu’en novembre. Encore une semaine de passée. J’ai télécharger la mise à jour sur mon iPad. J’ai recréé un nouveau compte client comme demandé et plus rien comme donnée et on me propose un nouvel abonnement. C’est à devenir fou ! Nous sommes maintenant le 06-09 et plus aucune nouvelle du service technique… je laisse aux clients potentiels le soin d’en tirer les conclusions qui s’imposent d’elles-mêmes. Je vais changer de fournisseur en ce compris pour mon anti-virus.
