Disappointing Experience with Kaspersky Total Security

My experience with Kaspersky Total Security was abysmal. After purchasing a 5-device license, I was shocked to find that mobile protection required an additional fee. The VPN functionality is poor, providing little to no service in several countries. Customer support was a letdown, especially the Middle East team, and my complaints were ignored by the headquarters. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I've demanded a refund and am pursuing a chargeback with my bank. I'm turning to Bitdefender, where I expect the quality and service that Kaspersky failed to deliver.

Третий год живу и наслаждаюсь, приложение удобное (на 5 из 5), оно постоянно развивается. Прекрасно подходит для любых паролей, есть встроенный генератор паролей, которого почему-то нет в версии для macos и небольшие курьёзы. Сначала оно само мне нагенерировало пароли из 12 знаков, а теперь пишет, что эти пароли слабые )))
Существуют версии для телефонов, компьютеров, удобно.

Do not trust Kaspersky support team
I have been using Kaspersky Total security for more than four years. Recently, I renewed my license; however, Kaspersky password manager did not work well since I have made my purchase. I purchased 26 of April 2018, and I can’t access my passwords or my credit card codes until today. Can you imagine this?
They caused several economic and social damages until today, and when I requested a refund, they started to play games and send silly and unreasonable emails asking me to be patient and wait for their escalation team process.
The worst attitude and behaviour I have ever faced from an international company.
