spottyx on

App doesn’t work customer service is useless

Crashing app

Never again!!!!! 123 on

This app constantly crashes and only works intermittently. Terrible product which detracts from productivity

Terrible.

artist55612 on

Slow, buggy and pretty much unusable. Good luck trying to get anywhere in your building with a Kastle system.

Please stop asking approval for background refresh

Bc.S on

The app keeps asking me to turn on background refresh for hands free access, which I don’t want. Terrible usability, please address this.

Stable and functional

Ferdgbch on

I’ve been solidly using kastle to get into work for the last 5 months. And while the application may need rebooting every so often, it’s a great app to minimise the number of access passes. I would love for it to be enabled on the Apple Watch as well though.

Life-saver when left access-card at home

Tbonesteakmrare on

use it for touchless elevator control at our building - works perfectly every time.

SLOW

literallyanyavailablenickname on

Every time you open it, takes at least 15-20 seconds to load before it actually unlocks the door

Piece of rubbish

Jewelmania on

This app isn’t worth downloading. As the other reviewers have stated, it’s unreliable and unstable.

Great while it works

Www wwf on

All good till it wasn’t - and nowhere to find contact for help - a colleague couldn’t get out the car park 10 pm - at night .

Awful app, hardly ever worked.

th33ng on

Far from increasing security, the app allows anyone to open a door and access the office if someone else who has the app is within a few meters of it. It’s just Bluetooth, not at all cutting edge technology. Contacting Kastle for assistance is a waste of time, the app is a battery killer and can’t be turned off when you don’t want to use it.
