KBC Brussels Sign for Business

KBC. The most reliable, best designed and feature laiden mobile banking app. Recently I tried the mobile apps from competitors: Beobank is basic with a any tranfers restricted, but their CS people are excellent compared with KBC. Keytrade is a great improvement over Beobank. None of these compare to KBC mobile app. This app makes up for the severely lacking if not inexistent KBC customer service provided. Feature request: SWIFT/ABA transfers from app outside SEPA. Although I have Transferwise for this.

Could you please make it possible to pay on Airbnb with the Mastercard prepaid card? The connection with the app doesnt work.

‘General error’ has been appearing for months, just after you scan the barcode. So it’s sadly unusable.

Après plusieurs rappels auprès du service IT de KBC depuis février 2018 ri n n'a été réparé. L'application continue de renvoyer l'utilisateur à la page d'enregistrement. Inadmissible pour un service censé être de qualité, et pour une banque qui se veut irréprochable. Cela nous coûte assez cher !! Update: the bug has been fixed but you need to update both apps (Mobil and Sign).

Tried it a hundred times, installed and uninstalled it almost as many times - after I log in at KBC mobile, nothing happens. I‘m really getting upset now. Update: still the same error, although I updated (and even re-installed) the app. I open Sign, am directed to Mobile and that‘s it. No redirection to Sign to complete registration Update 2: After an update of the KBC Mobile app, the bug seems to be fixed
