How does it work?
To log in to the e-banking application on your PC (or Mac), navigate to the application's login page and select ‘KBC Brussels Sign’ as your login method. After entering your ID code, a unique QR code appears on your computer screen. When you read this QR code with the KBC Brussels Sign for Business app and enter your five-character code on your phone, you can access the KBC Brussels Business Dashboard on your PC (or Mac). Simple, straightforward and secure. The same process applies for validating and signing online transactions and documents.
Requirements
You don't need any additional hardware or software for your PC (or Mac). All you need is the KBC Brussels Sign for Business app on your phone and an Internet connection.
For business owners: you can request the codes for activating KBC Brussels Sign for Business from your KBC Brussels Bank branch or the administrator of your KBC Brussels-Online for Business subscription.

Très mauvais , on doit scanner un code. Je veux simplement faire un virement sans lecteur de carte. Bonne chance.... Faux kbc BRUSSELS ne fonctionne que sur ordi. Kbc dixit Pourquoi autant d applications différentes pour faire au fond, la même chose. C’est germain pourquoi simplifier alors qu’en compliquant cela marche (PAS)? Je viens d.essayer la démo de touch. Impossible de faire un virement de compte propre à compte propre !!!

General error every time
‘General error’ has been appearing for months, just after you scan the barcode. So it’s sadly unusable.
Impossible de passer l'étape d'enregistrement
Après plusieurs rappels auprès du service IT de KBC depuis février 2018 ri n n'a été réparé. L'application continue de renvoyer l'utilisateur à la page d'enregistrement. Inadmissible pour un service censé être de qualité, et pour une banque qui se veut irréprochable. Cela nous coûte assez cher !! Update: the bug has been fixed but you need to update both apps (Mobil and Sign).
Impossible to register
Tried it a hundred times, installed and uninstalled it almost as many times - after I log in at KBC mobile, nothing happens. I‘m really getting upset now. Update: still the same error, although I updated (and even re-installed) the app. I open Sign, am directed to Mobile and that‘s it. No redirection to Sign to complete registration Update 2: After an update of the KBC Mobile app, the bug seems to be fixed

HONTE A KBC
Depuis des mois, cette application ne permet plus de signer avec un iPhone. La MAJ du 20/03/18 n’arrange RIEN. Il faut TOUJOURS un lecteur de carte Bancontact pour se connecter! Quel mépris pour vos clients! Quelle HONTE pour la 1° banque de Belgique! Vivement APPLE PAY chez nous! En attendant, j’évite KBC. Vous n’allez pas voir entrer mon argent de sitôt à la KBC Brussels. De plus, aujourd’hui même, je modifie mes ordres de prélèvements mensuels.
