Nga user friendly, 2 cif, kalo nga terpaksa jg nga mao pake ini applikasi, customer service bertele tele tanpa solusi dan tanpa jangka waktu penyelesaian. Ini bank digital jg kaga bisa, cabang jg dikit. Complete disaster. Jawaban replynya kayak rekaman radio diulang2

Dari pertama donlot Sampai sekarang sekalu error setiap mau daftar ,tiba tiba ada tuisan mohon maaf aplikasi dalam peeriksaan rutin cobalah nanti.
Kartu solar banyak potongan ga jelas
Isi saldo belum sempat isi minyak dah di potong gak masuk akal..
Hal yang harus segera di perbaiki.
Kekurangan: 1. Belum fleksibel, pendaftaran hanya 30% online tidak seperti bank digital kompetitor, jadi belum tau arahnya apakah mau jadi bank konvensional atau digital dan juga cabang yang menjadi sangat sedikit sekali. 2. Customer service sangat tidak membantu, memang betul mengikuti regulasi perusahaan, tetapi apakah ada tindak lanjutnya sampai sekarang masih belum tau, padahal negara kita itu konsumtif yang cenderung nasabah yang luas di perlukan, tetapi ya apa boleh buat, sampai sekarang mau daftar KBstar aja tidak bisa.
