I missed my que and when re-que, there was only 2 person. But the additional ques are added before me and my que got replaced behind and that happened 2 times. How does it make sense ? Worst que system

Just terrible
This is an app to pay for a service not an add board
The damn ad stays on screen for so long. I just want to pay for the cut. What an inconsiderate design.
Cannot make payment
Slow and laggy app that does not work

This app and the service it provides is a testimony to the kind of society we live in now. Pay to cut queues.
Nice App
Saves the effort to queue and make payment via notes. Seamless experience, just a few tap to join the queue and complete the payment via PayNow or Cards payment
Convenient to use
I can join the queue even as I'm walking to the outlet. Professional staff.
App should show stylist’s lunch hour
It would be much better if the app shows the stylist’s lunch hour so we can time our arrival accordingly. Also, it is all very well to go high tech, but when your outlet has very poor data reception and no wifi it is very difficult to use the app to get tickets or show the coupon.
