why am i watching a whole entire ad just to turn my lights on.

I already paid for the LED lights. Why am I being forced to WATCH 15-30 seconds of an ad to just turn my lights on or off? I already paid for your product. This is not a free gaming app. This is an app used to control my LED light, which I have already purchased. I can tolerate waiting 5 seconds to skip a non-video ad like it used to be, but now playing an entire video ad every time I open the app is pretty ridiculous and frustrating. The only reason I still have these lights up is because it’d be too much work to take these down and put up new ones with a different company.

Yup you buy their lights and they just NEED the extra money from ads, screw this cheap Chinese company I’ll use the remote until the lights break and then I’ll only buy from people who sell lights in my area

There’s a loading wheel that flickers randomly even when not updating anything, and the app doesn’t even pick up the LED lights in my room

I paid $80 for a lamp for my living room off Amazon and now when I open this app to turn it on I have to watch an add? Why on earth does everything have adds anymore. I don’t care about Monopoly Go! I want to see if there’s a monster standing in my living room or not! Paid $80 to watch adds is absolutely ridiculous.

Like so many others, I got a set of these lights to add some color to a room only to find that every time I went to use the App, I have to clear past or worse, sit through, the same ads that I would get on a free-to-play game. Except this wasn’t free - it cost me money to buy your product, I do not need to see advertisements in order to use it. I’ll be dropping these and going with a more expensive but less frustrating solution most likely. It wouldn’t be so bad if the remote that came with the lights worked, but it’s broken as well, so I can’t even opt out of using the app and avoid the ads. A negative experience and one you should fix. How much revenue can these ads realistically generate that isn’t just misclicks when someone is trying to use your product?

Love these lights, hate the ads. To skip them, turn off your bluetooth before opening the app; the app will instantly prompt you to turn on your Bluetooth settings, skipping ads entirely ;)

Love these lights, I have had them for about 2 years now. Noticed I have to unplug them and plug them back in every time I wanna use them but otherwise it’s fine. I wish they would connect to my google home.
