This app took everything from me my family my friends and most importantly my money I need my money back and my family except my aunt Rita because she is very annoying I don’t need my friends back because I lied and I don’t have any thanks for taking my aunt and I love your light strip they are so cool

Oh my god. This app is awesome. I got LED lights and there are so many more options than the remote. There’s some other cool features about turning on ACTUAL lights but idk they’re cool I guess. Also, why are you still reading this review you better go get this app it is amazing!

Won’t buy again my lights broke after a days use. The app also was so laggy and too many adds

I loved the app because my remote that came with the LEDs but didn’t have the correct colors corresponding to the buttons, but after an update it kicked me out of my account. For some reason the password didn’t save so when I tried to get the email code and it never sent, so my led lights are stuck one color, the remote is stuck closed (I also lost it after I found that out) and it won’t let me into my account since I don’t have the password and the verification code never got sent (I tried multiple times). Please help because it’s annoying that I can’t change the colors or lighting.

first issue was when i received my two rolls of lights, one had a rip and was unusable. the lights are pretty hard to connect also and i wasn’t sure on if i had the normal strips,or colourful ones.

Hello, I just got these LED Light on Amazon for Christmas, and have stripped then along my bed, and side tables. It looks very pleasing, and the remote works via the lights just fine, but I can’t figure the app out. It’s very confusing, and I’ve tried to connect my led lights by clicking ‘add device’ then ‘colorful led lights’. After that, it says ‘no device found’. I can’t figure out how to connect it. Please help me! I’ve tried turning it off, but nothing changes it. If you know how to fix this issue, please contact me asap! Thanks, Brooklyn (:

The started off fine and work well then I started getting ads. I just let it go after a while until it completely logged me out the app? I don’t even remember making an account for the app and its not even letting me sign in. I tried doing forget password and the code wont even send to my email so I tried making a completely new account and it says something about how it doesn’t except my email or whatever

anytime the lights are on a warm color i hear this awful buzzing sound. absolutely horrible and i dont know how to fix it. wouldnt recommend buying these lights and your better off buying the better ones for a few extra dollars

The lights were fine but on the app i wasnt able to click music or timers and rhythm it wouldn’t do anything i was stuck on the first page. There was this little green word saying “connected” over the top buttons and it wouldn’t go away. And that was stopping me form clicking the other buttons 🙄 and i have other lights i just thought these might be better but honestly Govee lights has a better app it doesn’t make me watch an add just to turn my lights off 😤

having to watch an ad to turn my lights on and off is ridiculous
