IPediatria FAQ
Is IPediatria free?
Yes, IPediatria is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is IPediatria legit?
⚠️ The IPediatria app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Several big limitations; perhaps foremost no apparent way to record stats on longer rides. Thinking of selling this for whatever I can get and zwifting. The bike itself is “ok”, although I highly doubt the accuracy of the stats. The app and data tracking are useless.
Needs Apple Watch Update
It would be perfect if it would connect to my Apple Watch.
Horrible app but my elliptical & bike are great!
This application has some issues, especially in 2024. The biggest problem is that the app never seems to display the accurate information that the bike or my elliptical is showing on display in real-time or after the workout.
Additionally, it does not configure/ link up with the Garmin app (Wishful thinking). This is not enjoyable to me since both Kaiser and Garmin are excellent and popular exercise equipment companies, and I figure they may do a better job working together.
EUA and App lack security
Tracks you and spams you.
Total lack of opt out.
Nice . . . But!
I’ve used this app for years. It does the job BUT I have a few objections. The app reads everything exactly EXCEPT miles traveled. I think the bike is an analog reading which is a bit variable within each resistance range whereas the app reads a digital reading. After a workout I usually have 1.5 to 2 miles more traveled on the bike versus the app reading. Additionally, if you have to answer the phone or you want to change music etc., the app stops and doesn’t record your progress. I rated this 4 stars but it should be 3.5 because of these issues. The app used to not do these annoying things.
Can’t run near other bikes
My apartment has three m3i bikes in our gym. If more than one bike is in use, then the app bounces between the data on each bike. For example, if I’m outputting 200w power and the other rider is outputting 100w, I’ll see the power meter on my app bounce between the two a couple times a second. And this is not just the UI, this is what is actually recorded. So the data I’m saving is totally messed up. How can such a large bug persist on a production app like this?
Disappointing!
I have been using this app for the past two years. I recently did the update and I am so disappointed that I did. You can no longer capture you workout data at the end of your ride. As a cycle instructor, I don’t always remember to start it at the beginning of my classes. The few times that I do, it cuts out during the ride and still doesn’t save all the data. Terrible update IMO! The one thing I appreciate is the app will connect to my bike quicker when I do remember to turn it on.
App doesn’t work on my phone! :(
I haven’t used the app for workouts in a pretty long time. Was going to get back on it. Sadly it doesn’t work anymore. It is simply a link to their website now. I just want what I bought.
Transphobic App
During onboarding, app goes out of its way to ask for “biological sex” in order to proceed to registration. Not gender, not identity, biological sex. It’s very unclear how it what’s going on between my legs will impact my workout tracking.
Terrible Connectivity
If you don’t mind keeping the app open the entire ride then there isn’t an issue. If you decide to switch your music or use another app while riding it will not record any of your data while the app is not open and being used.
