Keno Car Wash

I’ve payed for the subscription of 4 car washed in a month but in fact there was just one car wash. I’ve called them and asked to reschedule the appointments and nothing happened, the booking that was asked to reschedule is still hanging in the app like someone should arrive to me in 42 mins. My schedule had just disappeared and I was charged for the next month without opportunities to schedule the service. When trying to schedule the app asks to pay for it though I was already charged automatically. No one reacts on emails. Finally I just lost 370 aed and got 1 carwash 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

They don’t have water machine

The quality of the wash doesn’t live to the name of Royal Ceramic Wash. There was no shine, it was dull. The interior felt like it was wiped with a damp towel. No real cleaning. Not worth the price unfortunately. The guy that came to wash the car was friendly.

It was my first time dealing with KENO, i requested interior cleaning, exterior and Ozone 1. Interior was not performed at all, a layer of dust was obvious and everywhere, something obvios and can’t be missed (took pictures and videos of it too) 2. Ozone service (which is the highest price amongst the 3 services) was not performed 3. Exterior was fine 4. In ENOC station, you could get a better quality for about 36 dhs only 5. The ninja forgot one of his tools in my car

They dont give the subscribers whats the suppose to get from the subscription. Tomorrow is eid and i booked in advance to get my car washed. The called me at late time and told me that the ninga wont be able to come and clean my car and this is not the first time they dont follow what i ask for.

I tried car wash and detailing compered to the other applications they are the best.

Somethings up with your app and I can’t make a booking…. It keeps telling me there’s a new version and there isn’t…
