Extremely Poor Service

Extremely poor service and disappointed after I read the good reviews. I had confirmed appointments that got cancel before the appointment by less than 2 hours- two consecutive appointments. Unreliable service with no regards and respect to time and confirmations.

Disappointed

Unfortunately i am cancelling my subscriptions that was the first time i try Keno and i had high expectations. I gave a 5 star and 10 AED tip because of trusting the process only to get in the car and find trash and stains between the seats. I will go back to my previous car service as it is cheaper and offer better services. I emailed them and their response was cold. Very disappointed.

Convenient and Excellent!

I really appreciate services such as Keno Car Wash because you can have your car cleaned without you being there and at anytime you want. Also, they do an excellent job at cleaning your car and provide affordable prices. I would like to thank Santosh who did a very great job at making my car look clean and pristine. I am definitely going to keep requesting Keno’s car washing services!

The worst

I rather drive to a petrol station and wash the car instead of waiting for an hour post schedule appointment. Customer services, as well as the worst. Not recommended, don’t waste your time using these services.

Booked detailing, in a minute, hassle-free. Service came right on time and delivered an amazing job! I was super happy with the hardworking and smiley Jacob who crated a miracle! My car is like brand new now! Spotless and smells fresh! Will def book frequently!

My experience with Keno 👍

My daughter &I suffer from dust allergy & the "Interior disinfectant" option had made the car rides that much more sanitary and well conditioned!!! Hope this company and its ninjas continue to grow. I have yet to see a car wash (Mobile or not) with the same staff professionalism, friendliness and dedicated services to a perfect wash every time!!!! The consistency rate of the high standard output is impressive. 👍
