The App Problem
Recently the app is not working properly. It takes so long to open the app and after it opens, when trying to log food it doesn’t record it. As the app is not opening since the morning, I couldn’t even contact support.

Uygulamayı websiteden alalı ve uygulamayı indireli 3 gündür, ilk gündem beri iptal etmeye çalışıyorum kabul etmiyor. Kimseye de erişemiyorum sorunu çözmeye. Lütfen sorunu çözermisiniz eğer görüyorsunuz Burayı tekrar edit yapıcağım sonuçtan sonra
Çok pişmanım
Yemek tarifleri sürekli kendini tekrar ediyor. Malzemeler elinizde sürekli olabilir ve mevsimsel değil. Türkiye için geliştirilmiş de değil zaten. Plana göre gitmekte çok zorlanıyorum. Verdiğim paraya yazık

Deneme amaçlı 3 aylık abonelik alırken 12 aylık ödeme aldılar ve asla ne muhatap buluyorum ne de para iademi alabiliyorum
Alışveriş Listesi İhtiyacı karşılamıyor
Uygulamada, Hafta içerisinde hazırlayacağın yemekler için alışveriş listesi veriliyor. örneğin 10. Sırada 1 kaşık zeytinyağı yazılmış, ardından 25. Sırada tekrar 1 kaşık zeytinyağı yazılmış. Çok karışık. Alacağımız ürünleri, yemeklere göre yazmamış. Başka bir sorun hazırladığı alışveriş listesinde olmayan bir ürünle yemek hazırlattırıyor. Merhaba yetkili. Aşağıda açıklanan sebeplerden ötürü üyeliğimin silinmesini ve paranın iadedesini talep ediyorum. 1- alış veriş listeniz yemek menüsüne uymuyor. 2- Aldırmadığınız üründen yemek yaptırmaya çalışıyorsunuz. 3- Türk kültüründe yeri olan yiyecekleri önermiyorsunuz. (Zeytin, yoğurt, ayran)
